RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out daily painting work according to procedures and specifications.
  • Plastering work.
  • Building Maintenance experience.
  • Maintain daily housekeeping at workplace.
  • Maintain working tools and equipment in good condition.
  • Follow safe work practices in all aspect of work.
  • Ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 to 2 years working experiences, preferably with relevant hands-on experience in building related or hospitality industry.
  • Resourceful, proactive and team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Service-oriented with good personality.
