Job summary

Pixelmites Digital, a Kuala Lumpur-based digital marketing agency, seeks an Account Executive Intern to bridge clients and the internal creative team. You will support project coordination, client communications, and campaign planning across a 3–6 month internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Enjoys interacting with people and building relationships.
• Can manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Familiar with Google Workspace.
• Bonus: experience coordinating school projects, events, or clubs.
• Bonus: excellent presentation skills.
• Bonus: familiar with Trello or other project management tools.
• Bonus: understands basic digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Can communicate in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia in addition to English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, liaise with clients and support campaign execution.
• Assist Account Executives in managing client projects and day-to-day communications
• Attend client meetings and take meeting notes with action items
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, video creators, and paid advertising specialists
• Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, proposals, and reports
• Follow up with clients regarding feedback, approvals, and required materials
• Organise project documents, creative assets, and client files
• Assist in campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting
• Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks
