We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Court Manager to join our team at Padel Revolution, Subang Jaya. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the facility, including court bookings, customer engagement, inventory control, café coordination, and supporting marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive, service-oriented individual with strong multitasking abilities and a passion for both sports and hospitality.
Court & Operations Management
- Manage daily court bookings via Reserz system
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email
- Ensure courts are safe, clean, and in top playing condition
- Coordinate with internal staff for cleaning, repairs, and general maintenance
- Oversee rental and sales of padel equipment (rackets, balls, etc.), including restocking and display
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the facility
Accounting & Administrative Duties
- Handle customer payments, petty cash, and supplier transactions
- Document and organize invoices for submission to the accountant
- Track and record expenses related to court operations and café supplies
Customer Relations & Community Engagement
- Build rapport with players and maintain strong customer relationships
- Address booking issues, complaints, or disputes promptly and professionally
- Foster a positive, engaging environment for all visitors
Inventory & Ordering
- Conduct regular inventory checks for:
- Court equipment (balls, racquets, accessories)
- Café supplies (food, beverages, utensils)
- Replenish stock as needed and maintain clear inventory records
Café Coordination
- Oversee basic café operations to ensure smooth customer experience
- Collaborate with café staff and suppliers for restocking
- Monitor hygiene and food safety compliance
Staff Oversight
- Schedule and coordinate part-time or support staff
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and team communication
- Liaise between departments to streamline daily operations
Technology & Software Use
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn:
- Reserz court booking platform
- POS system for café transactions
- Inventory tracking and reporting tools (Excel or apps)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Court utilization rate
- Customer satisfaction and feedback
- Inventory accuracy and reorder efficiency
- Timeliness and accuracy of financial and operational reporting
