Job summary

PHASE INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD in Shah Alam is seeking a packaging operator to support daily packaging, labeling, and product packing tasks according to SOPs and output targets. You will maintain hygiene and 5S standards, assist with line changes and sanitization, and help keep packaging lines clean and organized to ensure on-time production.

Fresh graduates welcome; prior factory packaging experience is a plus; must have reliable transportation to Alam Impian facility.

Qualifications

• Fresh SPM graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in food packaging, labeling, or printing machines is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily packaging, labeling, and product packing tasks in line with SOPs.
• Ensure packaging output targets are met within fixed working hours.
• Assist in stacking, palletizing, and moving finished goods to staging area.
• Perform visual quality checks on seals and labels for defects.
• Assist in line clearance and sanitization during changeovers.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S practices.
• Report printing or equipment issues to Line Leader promptly.
