Job summary

TAICHUANG FOOD (MALAYSIA) SDN.BHD. in Pasir Gudang is seeking a dedicated operator to support cocoa powder packing lines.

You will operate and monitor packing and sealing machines, set up equipment to meet production specs, and ensure accurate filling, weighing, labeling, and palletizing of cocoa powder products. Youll inspect materials and finished goods for quality, perform routine machine checks, record production data, and maintain GMP and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cocoa powder packing and sealing machines.
• Set up machines according to production requirements and packaging specifications.
• Fill, weigh, seal, label, and palletize cocoa powder products.
• Inspect packaging materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine machine checks and minor troubleshooting.
• Record production data, including quantities packed, downtime, and quality results.
• Maintain cleanliness of packing equipment and work areas in accordance with food safety standards.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist with inventory handling and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
• Support production targets while minimizing waste and product loss.
• Operation hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm, 5.5 days/ week， willing to do OT.
