Job summary

KLK OLEO is recruiting to uphold quality control before production and prevent spillage or contamination during transfer. You will ensure process parameters stay within defined ranges and samples are correctly prepared and labelled for lab checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Preferably working in oleochemical industry.
• Diligent and team player.
• Able to work in shift and long hours (3 shifts).

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality is right before production.
• Ensure no oil spillage or contamination during transferring.
• Ensure process parameters are within the set range.
• Ensure product samples are correct and labelled before sending to lab.
• Send sample of final product for lab to check before actual drumming.
• Ensure all plant machinery in good operating condition.
• Ensure cleanliness at drumming, plant and storage tank area.
• Ensure CCPs and CCP room are in clean and good condition.
• Support line leader at packing plant if any problem occurs.
• Follow planning schedule and carry out pre-preparation before drumming started.
• Monitor drumming feed tank conditions to avoid contamination.
• Ensure finished products are properly weighed, cleaned and labelled before sending to WIP area.
• Ensure all weigh checkers are in good order.
• Ensure GMP are practiced during operations.
• Perform any other task assigned by superior.
• Implement ISO9001, GMP & HACCP, ISO14001 & ISO45001 at the workplace.
• Compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act 1974, Factory & Machinery Act 1967 and Responsible Care.
• Comply with all quality standards and requirements imposed by the Company and product specifications for local and international clients.
