A leading company in Malaysia seeks a dedicated individual to join their Supply Chain operations as a Packaging Operator. The role involves operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and leading process improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a certificate or diploma and preferably some experience in manufacturing. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. This full-time contract position offers the chance to work in a dynamic shift environment.

Qualifications

Being part of the core of Supply Chain operations, ensuring the operations are always smooth and finished products are of the best quality before going out to our customers and consumers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform duties and responsibilities in compliance with Carlsberg standards.
  2. Operate packaging line machines according to standard operating procedures.
  3. Manage and assess risks within the packaging hall.
  4. Ensure a constant supply of inputs (e.g., bottles, labels), operate and clean production machinery as instructed.
  5. Conduct quality control procedures to verify product standards.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of machinery and work areas.
  7. Carry out reworks on non-conforming products.
  8. Perform size/brand changes as per production needs.
  9. Be flexible to operate other machinery as instructed.
  10. Conduct autonomous maintenance and equipment upkeep.
  11. Assist team members in understanding packaging and process standards.
  12. Share knowledge in problem-solving and improvement projects.
  13. Lead process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
