Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts is required.

• Operate packaging line machines as per standard procedures.
• Conduct quality control to ensure products meet required standards.
• Lead process improvement projects and assist team members.

Job description

Being part of the core of Supply Chain operations, ensuring the operations are always smooth and finished products are its best before going out to our customers and consumers.

Responsibilities:

• To perform duty and responsibility in compliance with Carlsberg standards.
• To operate the packaging line machines in compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Act as the key figure in managing and accessing risks within the packaging hall.
• Ensure constant supply of inputs (eg. bottles, labels etc), operate and clean production machinery as instructed.
• To conduct quality control procedures to verify that the product adheres to the required standards.
• General housekeeping and upkeep of any machinery and working area as required.
• Carry out production reworks on non-conformance products.
• Carry out size / brand changes as per production requirements.
• Flexible to move and operate other production machinery as instructed.
• Conduct equipment maintenance using autonomous maintenance tools.
• Execute maintenance and repairs on machines to ensure that the machines operate smoothly independently.
• Assist and guide team members in understanding the packaging and excellence process.
• Contribute to the team by knowledge sharing in problem-solving and improvement projects.
• Lead improvement projects or process improvement developments.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience in manufacturing or production preferably in FMCG environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to work on shift.
