Job description

As the Packaging Solutions Lead for our regional snacks portfolio, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering cutting-edge packaging that drives performance and delight. You'll be the go-to expert for packaging innovations and optimization strategies, with a strong focus on enhancing throughput and quality across our Enstek and Thailand packing lines. From bringing new artwork to life to ensuring every design runs seamlessly on the line - you'll shape the future of how our snacks show up on shelves across the region.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for identification of value transformation/ cost efficiency projects and ensure successful implantation of the initiatives through due qualifications and cross functional collaboration
  • Create technical drawings, review and approve artwork changes for Enstek's site for all Pringles SKU like canister, flexibles, cartons, cases and all types of consumer promotions
  • End-to-end packaging support for new plant vertical start-up's
  • Supply chain support for plant operational issues/ trouble shooting/ PM quality rejections
  • Review and validation of all type of packaging master data, BOM in the system, etc
  • Review historical data, performance and quality issues in all packaging lines to assess the improvement opportunities
  • Provide recommendations/ implementation plans to improve Enstek Pringles and other Snacks sites for improved $/kg packaging improvement

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a packaging development related environment within the FMCG/ Snacks industry
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Detailed understanding of the packaging material performance and product requirements
  • Strong team interaction skills to allow maximum influence on the business operation
  • Strong technical, analytical, communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Packaging, Material Science or a related field
