As a Packaging Technologist, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying value transformation and cost efficiency projects, ensuring successful implementation through cross-functional collaboration.
• Creating technical drawings, reviewing, and approving artwork changes for all Pringles SKUs at the Enstek site, including canisters, flexibles, cartons, cases, and promotional materials.
• Providing end-to-end packaging support for new plant startup.
• Supporting supply chain operations by troubleshooting and addressing quality issues.
• Reviewing and validating packaging master data and BOMs in the system.
• Analyzing historical data and quality issues to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommending and planning improvements for packaging efficiency and cost reduction at Enstek and other snack sites.
• Ensuring compliance with company systems and SCR processes.
• Supporting development of alternative vendors for future packaging needs.
• Developing testing protocols and validation procedures for new SKUs and food development processes.
• Creating and updating loadability matrices for supply chain planning.
• Driving packaging optimization initiatives for Pringles and other snack categories.
• Supporting environmental sustainability efforts at Enstek and Thailand plants.
• Ensuring smooth product launches and renovations through documentation and training.
• Maintaining material specifications to meet governmental and safety standards.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in food, packaging, materials science, or related field with 6-8 years of experience in packaging development within FMCG food or snacks industry.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Deep understanding of packaging materials and product requirements.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to influence business operations.
• Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills.
