Job summary

You will monitor machine performance, ensure on-time delivery, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with supervisors, quality personnel, and maintenance staff in a clean, safe production

Qualifications

• Understand production orders and engineering drawings.
• Basic understanding of quality-control methods.
• Familiar with automated or PLC-controlled machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery safely, correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance to meet delivery dates and quality requirements.
• Perform basic machine inspection, cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Check finished products using measuring tools for dimensional accuracy.
• Identify and report abnormalities or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness around the machine and production area.
• Participate in continuous-improvement activities and safety programs.
