Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our AWF Sub-Domain within the Enterprise Domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Process Management (BPM) development, a solid understanding of Java programming, and experience working in Linux and Windows environments. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining business workflows and applications using BPM tools and Java.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain BPM workflows and business processes in a BPM platform.
  2. Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable Java code for business logic and integration with external systems.
  3. Work with SQL databases for querying, storing, and managing data in business applications.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and senior developers, to implement solutions.
  5. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  6. Provide technical support for troubleshooting issues related to BPM systems and Java applications.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for code, processes, and applications.
  8. Ensure code quality, perform peer reviews, and adhere to coding standards.
Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience with BPM development tools and frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming.
  • Solid understanding of SQL for database interaction.
  • Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Shell Scripting (e.g., Bash, Perl, etc.).
  • Experience in the Banking Domain, particularly in Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

Education & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Java Developer, with hands-on experience in BPM development.
  • Experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems.

Preferred: Understanding of AML processes in the banking domain is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
