A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Support for the COO, responsible for managing schedules, preparing meeting documents, and conducting research on business opportunities. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates eager to learn and advance in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will showcase strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, providing vital support in administrative processes and decision-making.
Efficiently coordinate and manage the COO’s calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting briefs, decks, talking points, and follow-up documents for internal and external engagements.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Track assigned tasks or deadlines and ensure timely updates and completion.
Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes for better efficiency and organization.
Support the COO in conducting feasibility studies.
Research and summarize potential new markets, business opportunities, and partnerships.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; exposure to business projects is an advantage.
Eager to learn, capable of working independently, with strong research and analytical skills, and the ability to evaluate business potential and present insights clearly.
