• Process employee T&E claims promptly and accurately according to company policies
• Perform lodge card reconciliations and manage employee queries
• Support audit activities and assist with internal projects and process improvements
• Help maintain and improve Accounts Payable policies and controls
• Provide reports and analysis as needed
• Collaborate closely with regional finance teams

Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related fields
• 1+ year experience or fresh graduates welcome
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and expenditure processes
• Familiarity with SAP or similar financial systems preferred
• Good organizational and communication skills in English & N2 Japanese
