EITA-Schneider (MFG) Sdn Bhd, a 100% locally owned subsidiary of EITA Resources Bhd, specializes in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of Vertical Transport Systems, including Elevators, Escalators, and Travellators. Founded in 1996, EITA initially focused on the Electrical & Electronics (E & E) trade before venturing into the elevator industry with notable success. EITA has achieved a significant market share of approximately 10% for new elevator projects in Malaysia, with over 3000 units of lifts and escalators.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Sales professional located in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. The Overseas Sales professional will also be involved in training and supporting the sales team, as well as managing sales targets and performance metrics.

You will play an important role to

  • Establish good relationship with new & existing customers.
  • Prepare sales costing, tender, quotation; attend tender interview and initial site meeting.
  • Travel to oversea as and when needed to build good rapport with new & existing customers.
  • Sales and project follow up.
  • Maintain and update marketing/sales tools.
  • Handle customers enquiry.
  • Collect market information ie: Project information, Competitor analysis, Customer background.
  • Maintain and update company website.

To be successful in this role you will need to have

  • Posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree inEngineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical)or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in SALES related field
  • Possess own vehicle (car), a willingness to travel OVERSEAS frequently and work flexible hours.
  • Must be proficient in computer application software.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Words.
  • Office based at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.
