Job description

We are a dynamic and growing freight forwarding company specializing in worldwide air freight, sea freight, and ship spares delivery. Our core business revolves around strong partnerships with overseas freight forwarders, and we are looking for a skilled sales professional to expand our international network and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Actively hunt and secure partnerships with overseas freight forwarders to increase sales and expand our global network.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to drive repeat business and referrals.
3. Monitor and analyze freight market trends, ensuring competitive and updated freight rates are promoted to overseas partners.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of shipments and service offerings.
6. Monitor collections with overseas agents to ensure timely payment from agents.

Requirements:

1. Experience in freight forwarding sales, preferably in dealing with overseas agent networks.
2. Strong ability to identify, approach, and close sales with international freight forwarders.
3. Knowledge of air and sea freight rates, market trends, and industry pricing structures.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Fluency in English and Chinese (additional languages are a plus).
