A leading retail company seeks a Supervisor to manage cafe operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and overseeing daily operations and inventory. Candidates should possess at least SPM/O-Level and have supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry.
Supervisor Job Scope:
Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Explain and promote products and offerings
Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers
Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experienced as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be added advantage.
Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
May work special events, as needed.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
