Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Generate sales and profitability for the outlet
  • Provide direction and leadership to a group to outlet executives, including sales promoters that may be deployed directly from the brand
  • Develop and get approval to execute outlet promotions to increase sales revenue without compromising on bottom line expectations
  • Conduct effective communication: one/one, team briefing/motivation, appraisal behaviour management from coaching and constructive feedback, counselling, conflict resolution, warning to contract ending etc
  • Motivate, recognize, empower and challenge the team on a daily basis (both quantitative and qualitative aspects)
  • Plan manpower in advance through: monthly/weekly rosters, leaves etc to ensure operational capacity is not compromised at outlets even during seasonal peak timings
  • Responsible for inventory at the outlet, including ensuring no out of stock situation happens and accurate inventory stock count during daily opening/closing
  • Monitor team on sales floor to ensure excellent customer service is delivered
  • Follow up on inventory discrepancy and carry out investigation to resolve issues
  • Submit required paperwork (e.g. OT, Commission etc) in a timely manner
  • Participate, prepare and carry out stock take according to SOPs as required
  • Maintain relationship mall management to gain access to mall initiated promotions and trigger to Head of Department for any collaboration opportunities for approval

Job Requirements

  • Possess minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Vibrant and outgoing candidate.
