Outlet Manager Shah Alam

Position Responsibilities

• Report directly to the District Manager of all issues (company operational targets, and ensure the consistency of operation, product delivery, customer service, and approach) and take prompt and necessary actions.
• Manage daily operations such as providing support and guidance to all OSs within the locations assigned.
• Coach outlet supervisor to manage shifts which include daily decisions to make, schedule, plan while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Conduct the follow-up and ensure team member attendance is recorded.
• Ensure sufficient manpower and headcount at their respective outlets for a smooth flow of daily operation.
• Arrange training completely on time and follow up on the staff progress at the location.
• Participate in meetings and able to supervise the outlet schedules and operations.
• Oversee outlets’ compliance with operational standards and company policies.
• Investigate, report, coach, and take necessary actions towards misconduct issues that come across under their supervision.
• Manage the deadline to prepare documents, reports, and update records.
• Supervise the highest levels of customer service. Support employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering good customer service.
• Execute sales performance data of respective outlets and maximize sales opportunities to ensure sales targets are met.
• Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.

Qualification And Experiences

• Must possess a Degree in any related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in managerial level.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work overtime and Public Holiday if required.
• Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• A valuable team player and able to work independently.
• Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
• Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
