Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for driving sales performance, monitoring revenue targets, and implementing initiatives to optimize restaurant profitability.
  • Provide excellent food quality and service to maximize outlet profitability.
  • Responsible for accurate handling of cash and online payments, daily sales reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with company transaction procedures
  • Monitor staffâs attendance, leave, attitude and performance.
  • Involve in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing staff.
  • Manage overall outlet and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Identify customersâ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.
  • Lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
  • Establish targets, KPIâs, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.

Job Requirements

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Malaysian or Permanent Resident (PR).
  • Possess min SPM, Diploma, Degree in any field.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of working experience managing QSR, Counter Service or cafe.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership in managing daily outlet operations, including team supervision, staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs and service standards.
