About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our Eight Toast Kopitiam (Melaka Raya) in Melaka. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our popular cafe. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the high standards that our brand is known for.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all aspects of the cafe's daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial control

Providing strong leadership and coaching to your team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to provide excellent customer service

Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations

Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Collaborating with the wider management team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar outlet management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry

Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
