Job Responsibility
- Responsible for driving sales performance, monitoring revenue targets, and implementing initiatives to optimize restaurant profitability.
- Provide excellent food quality and service to maximize outlet profitability.
- Responsible for accurate handling of cash and online payments, daily sales reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with company transaction procedures
- Monitor staffâs attendance, leave, attitude and performance.
- Involve in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing staff.
- Manage overall outlet and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Identify customersâ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.
- Lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Establish targets, KPIâs, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
Job Requirements
- Malaysian or Permanent Resident (PR).
- Possess min SPM, Diploma, Degree in any field.
- Have at least 2-3 years of working experience managing QSR, Counter Service or cafe.
- Demonstrates strong leadership in managing daily outlet operations, including team supervision, staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs and service standards.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
