About the role

Versa Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturing company in Sungai Petani, Kedah, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Able to read simple procedures such as EO (Engineering Order), OS (Operation Standard), Guidelines, and Sampling Plan.

Able to use simple equipment and have basic computer knowledge.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Must have strong quality control awareness.

Responsible for completing finished goods outgoing inspection, maintaining quality inspection records, providing timely feedback for confirmation, and reporting return quality issues to superiors for re-judgment. Follow up on the implementation of improvement actions.

Able to work independently.

Able to accept related jobs assigned by superiors.

What we're looking for

Minimum SPM (Secondary School Education Level) or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of quality problems.
