Job description

Atas Frozen Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. As our Outdoor Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our range of frozen food products to retailers and distributors across the region. This is a full-time position that will be based in our Puchong office.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and potential new customers
• Negotiating sales contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets
• Preparing detailed sales reports and analysis to track performance and inform strategic decisions
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of proven experience in an outdoor sales or business development role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence key decision-makers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team of sales representatives
• Thorough understanding of the retail landscape and distribution channels in the local market
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
