Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans le secteur alimentaire recherche un 'Outdoor Sales Executive' pour rejoindre son équipe à Kajang. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la génération de leads, de la gestion des comptes clés et de la recherche de nouvelles opportunités de vente. Qualifications

  • Avoir un bon niveau de communication en anglais.
  • Posséder son propre transport.

Responsibilities

  • Identifier et rechercher des clients potentiels par le biais d'appels à froid et de réseaux.
  • Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients nouveaux et existants.
  • Fournir régulièrement des commentaires sur les conditions du marché et les besoins des clients.

Job description

Company Background:

We are representing a company who specialises in the sourcing, distribution, and manufacturing of frozen and refrigerated food products. As they are expanding, they are looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive to join the team in Kajang.

Job Responsibility:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Acquisition & Sales:

  • Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Account Management & Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the territory.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments within the territory.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and/or Degree in related field.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in sales, particularly B2B sales preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in F&B and/or FMCG will have an added advantage.
  • Must be sales oriented with good communication skills in English.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Willing to work every Saturday half day.

Working Hour:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00am 5:30pm
  • Every Saturday 8:00am - 2:00pm/ 1:00pm
