Outdoor Sales Executive Cum Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive cum Business Development Staff to join our team at Lee Choon Hardware Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Managing existing customer relationships and actively developing new business opportunities within retail hardware shops in selected areas and related industries.
2. Having an in-depth understanding of our product range, including building & construction materials, hardware, and related products.
3. Keeping abreast of industry trends and product innovations.
4. Working effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
5. Possessing a valid driving license and own transportation.
6. Proficiency in local languages (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin).
7. Willing to travel outstation if needed, with allowance (Johor, Melaka & Perak).
8. Maintaining positive relationships with existing customers/dealers.
9. Developing and expanding the customer base in the selected area.
10. Driving sales growth and conducting market research.
11. Ensuring payments from customers/dealers are collected according to payment terms.
12. Preparing monthly sales reports.
13. Offering yearly bonus and sales incentives.
14. Receiving a basic salary plus commission on sales.
15. Contributing to EPF / Socso contributions.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
