Location: Malaysia

Open for Negotiation

Work Week: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Min. Qualification: Diploma

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Description / Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Act as a contact person between customers & internal team for quotes, order clarification, and resolving questions and problems.
• Manage a list of assigned customers, visit them, and attend to their inquiries.
• Follow up on quotations and ensure customer requirements are understood by production.
• Process customer orders and arrange delivery.
• Coordinate shipment documentation and customer credit ratings.
• Assist in payment follow-up and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and compile monthly sales reports.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Relevant experience of 2-3 years, preferably in Marine offshore/Oil & Gas industry.
• Training available for willing learners without experience.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
• Responsible, committed, and a team player.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Additional Information

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
