Job Responsibility

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new wholesale customers and distributors through proactive prospecting, networking, and participation in trade shows. Expand our market presence and drive business growth across various channels.
  • Order Collection: Collect orders from customers, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with internal teams to handle order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. Manage stock levels effectively to meet customer demand and minimize discrepancies.
  • Customer Support and Retention: Deliver support to existing clients, promptly addressing any issues and enhancing overall customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Product Presentations and Negotiations: Lead presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Use data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve our product offerings and sales strategies, enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or FMCG industries.
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Responsible and proactive, able to report work progress and follow company guidelines.
  • Willing to learn and adapt, able to grasp product and market knowledge quickly.
  • Open to new ideas, with basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, email)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, able to follow instructions accurately.
  • Able to handle work pressure and sales challenges.
  • Good time management, able to plan and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Physically fit and willing to handle basic stock movement (e.g., product displays, restocking).
