Job summary

META PACK SDN BHD in Seri Kembangan, Selangor is seeking a proactive Outdoor/B2B Sales professional. You will meet clients, present products, prepare quotes and negotiate pricing to hit targets.

Ideal candidate speaks Mandarin, with basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, and at least 1 year of outdoor/B2B sales. Own transport with a valid license is required. Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30, Sat 9–13:00. Salary RM3,000–RM10,000 monthly plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Mandarin speaking is required.
• Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 1 year of outdoor/B2B sales experience preferred.
• Own transport & valid driving license.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and independent.
• Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
• Salary: RM3,000 – RM10,000 (Basic + Commission + Incentives).
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00AM–5:30PM | Sat 9:00AM–1:00PM

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and conduct face-to-face sales presentations
• Introduce products, prepare quotations & negotiate pricing
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Submit weekly sales reports
