The Business Development Manager is pivotal in driving SEEK’s client reactivation strategies, rebuilding long-term relationships, and ensuring account success. You’ll manage a portfolio of ~500 accounts, including SMEs, corporate clients, and previously churned users, leveraging consultative door-to-door sales to uncover business opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will ensure clients’ hiring successes by providing tailored solutions, monitoring sales pipelines, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive retention and revenue growth.
Success in this role means positioning SEEK as an indispensable solutions partner for hiring while revolutionizing client engagement and achieving quarterly targets.
