Job description

  • Responsible for the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of Order to Cash (O2C) scopes in accordance with the defined SLAs/KPIs.
  • Full accountability for the O2C closing process.
  • Optimizing and enhancing O2C processes while driving process standardization in collaboration with other teams.
  • Sharing best practices and providing support and guidance on process changes and transformation.
  • Ensuring O2C processes comply with company policy, accounting standards, and local statutory requirements.
  • Managing services to client entities against agreed service levels and operating controls, ensuring compliance with governance requirements and company guidelines.
  • Creating, reviewing, and maintaining policies and procedures related to O2C, including recommending process enhancements.
  • Leading the design, execution, documentation, and review of current processes as per the Global SSC model. Owner of service performance scorecard according to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Managing direct reports, monitoring progress, providing performance feedback, and addressing capability issues.
  • Providing technical expertise in the process area, resolving escalations and complex queries.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of activities and implementing changes.
  • Managing and building relationships with key stakeholders across end-to-end processes.
  • Interacting with purchasers and the Master Data Management Team regarding customer creation and modification issues.
  • Leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Driving project transformation, UAT testing, and communicating findings to management.
  • Supporting SSC development activities like transition, project transformation, and scope expansion.
  • Assuming the role of O2C Expert in areas like Cash Application, Order releasing, Collection, Credit Management, and related activities as per the FTOM.
Required Profile
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant qualifications such as ACCA, CPA.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) with the ability to manage the end-to-end process independently.
  • Experience in system migration/transformation projects.
  • 7-8 years in Accounts Receivable functions, with 2-3 years in a management role.
  • Experience with SAP, case management tools, BlackLine, and Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Shared Services Centers is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Mature, with strong leadership, independence, initiative, responsibility, and integrity.
  • Organized, meticulous, with strong team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all process actors.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
