Randstad is partnering with a Global Shared Service to look for a Talent in AR / OTC functions!

Position: OTC Manager

The OTC Manager will report to the Senior Manager, supporting the migration of new countries, stabilizing internal processes, and managing a team.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the team in daily activities for end-to-end OTC processes, including billing, cash application, credit collection, AR aging, and month-end close.
  2. Manage staff budget and related expenses.
  3. Handle OTC month-end close activities, including cash and accounts receivable reconciliation.
  4. Support migration projects and process improvements.
  5. Manage customer relationships and maintain master data.
  6. Assess credit risk for new and existing customers.
  7. Process dispute/deduction adjustments and write-offs.
  8. Perform other OTC-related tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in a Shared Service environment with end-to-end OTC responsibilities.
  • Malaysian residency (must).
  • A degree in accounting is preferred.
  • At least 2+ years in a supervisory role within AR.
  • Over 2 years of experience in invoicing, collections, and customer credit functions in high-volume organizations.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
