Job Description
- Manage and oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle from assessing customer risk to credit block, collection of receivables and cash receipt across APAC region.
- Lead and motivate a group of young and energetic team members. Evaluate and organize training needs to enhance theirskillset.
- Manage human resource planning, identifying the right talents for right position and performance reviews within the team.
- Drive process harmonization and standardization to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and engaging internal and external stakeholders' relationship to achievement business objectives and operational improvements.
- Serve as a point of escalation and resolve issues for internal stakeholder and customers.
- Regular stakeholder meeting to highlight and address issues for resolution.
- Support SSC growth and ensure smooth projects and migration to share services.
- Deliver and accountable for meeting service deliveries as per service level agreement (SLA)
- Ensure compliance of internal and external audit and controls.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree with Finance / Accounting; Qualification of ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent is preferred
- Min 8 years of professional experience & 5+ years of working experience in O2C within the shared services industry is required
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a medium size team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in knowledge and use of SAP
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English (to support the China region).
