OTC Accountant, EMEA Shift - Kulim, Kedah

With a strong commitment to operational excellence, they are looking to expand their team to ensure continued growth and efficiency in their finance function.

Your new role
As an Accounts Receivable professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the AR processes within the Shared Services environment. Your role will include handling collections, managing credit control, preparing aging reports, and ensuring timely payments from clients. You will also be involved in improving processes, driving automation, and leading a team to meet monthly targets and KPI. Additionally, you will work on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting system migrations or process improvements as required.
What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control in a shared services or SSC environment.
  
• Strong understanding of AR processes, including collections, payment processing, and reconciliations.
  
• Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and financial software tools.
  
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, with experience in managing performance and KPIs.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across different functions.
  
• Process improvement mindset with experience in automating and streamlining AR processes.
  
• Previous experience in global projects such as system migrations or UAT (User Acceptance Testing) is a plus.
