OT IAM Project Lead – Cybersecurity Transformation

Job summary

Sentinel, in partnership with a global technology leader for the construction and engineering sector, seeks an OT Cybersecurity Project Manager to drive IT/OT IAM transformation across enterprise IT and plant environments.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate identity architecture into executable roadmaps, and ensure PAM, access governance and ISA/IEC 62443-aligned security controls in a large industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience.
• At least 5 years focused on cybersecurity or identity transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex cybersecurity transformation programmes.
• Experience within OT/industrial cybersecurity environments.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 and identity and access management concepts.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture and operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, risk and change management capabilities.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, PRINCE2 would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT/OT Identity & Access Management transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate IT/OT identity demarcation, governance & operating models.
• Translate target-state security identity architecture into executable roadmaps.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across cybersecurity, enterprise IT, manufacturing operations, architecture & external partners.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums on identity architecture and access governance.
• Ensure solutions align with ISA/IEC 62443 principles.
• Drive organisational readiness and adoption of new identity governance controls.
• Provide executive reporting and support to sponsors & steering committees.
• Support transition of capabilities into steady-state operations.
