A leading auto parts company in Penang is looking for an Organizational Development Manager to lead the design and implementation of OD strategies, manage change initiatives, and drive leadership development programs. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in OD and strong knowledge of change management frameworks. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master's being a plus. Responsibilities
- Lead OD Strategy: Design and implement OD frameworks, models, and roadmaps aligned with business and cultural transformation.
- Drive Change Management: Develop and lead company-wide change strategies for major programs and restructuring; foster change readiness and resilience.
- Talent & Leadership: Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs, including managing succession planning and career pathing structures.
- Culture & Engagement: Lead comprehensive employee engagement initiatives (surveys, analysis, action planning) and strengthen organizational culture and values alignment.
- Performance & Capability: Support the performance management framework and introduce tools and coaching to improve team effectiveness and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Support organizational restructuring, including job redesign, and collaborate on strategic workforce planning and defining future capability requirements.
- DEI & Analytics: Establish and monitor DEI metrics and measure the effectiveness of all OD programs using KPIs and data-driven insights.
