Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks an Organizational Analytics Scientist (NLP) to analyze people behaviors using NLP/ML, and to prototype GenAI/LLM solutions within cloud platforms like Azure/AWS. You will train NLP models, perform data mining, and develop ML-based classifiers to deliver client insights.

The role requires 3–5 years in NLP/ML, GenAI development experience, and strong data interpretation skills, with English fluency and adaptability to dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Social Sciences.
• 3–5 years of NLP, ML experience and research.
• 1 year GenAI model/application development experience (RAG, few-shot learning).
• LLM engineering skills for deploying GenAI in cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Data fluency and knowledge of analytic models and digital tools.
• English language fluent.
• Ability to work in non-structured, dynamic environments.
• Desirable: Python or R development including coding, testing, and deploying models.

Responsibilities

• Apply NLP algorithms and deep learning techniques.
• Develop and prototype GenAI/LLM solutions to improve products.

• Train NLP Models for prescribed requirements: Supervised and Unsupervised topic modeling
• Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques

• Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineer, or Social Sciences
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning and research
• 1 year GenAI model/application development experience using methodologies like Retrieval Augmented Generation(RAG), Few shot learning etc.
• LLM Engineering skills for enabling teams to quickly and efficiently deploy GenAI applications within cloud environment like Azure, AWS etc.
• Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies
• Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic models and digital tools (coding experience desirable)
• Fluency in English
• Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment
• Desirable: Code (e.g., Python, R ) developer experience, including writing and testing code, debugging programs and deploying the models or integrating applications with third-party web services
