Job description

Execute daily and month-end closing activities for the Order-to-Cash (OTC) function, ensuring accuracy and adherence to strict deadlines.

Manage core accounting areas including Accounts Receivable (revenue recognition, reporting, refunds, and reconciliations), and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze month-end financial reports, trial balances, and commentaries, ensuring the integrity of the financial data.

Guarantee the timely and accurate preparation of balance sheet reconciliations with high-quality supporting schedules, prioritizing accounts by risk.

Uphold a robust financial control environment by promptly addressing and remediating any control deficiencies.

Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and collaborating with tax and shared service teams.

Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience, and by maintaining up-to-date standard operating procedures.

Provide support for system implementations, new initiatives, and other markets within the OTC scope, contributing to requirements gathering, testing, andusersupport.

Requirements:

A university degree preferable in accounting/finance.

Min. 2 years of related working experience in OTC is a must.

Basic knowledge and experience of MS Office tools, especially in MS Excel.

US GAAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Experience with project management and data analysis tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query) will be an added advantage.

ERP systems knowledge (Oracle, JDE, SAP) will be an added advantage.

Excellent command of English.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.
