A multinational corporation in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Order Support Specialist to ensure accurate processing of orders and maintain customer satisfaction across the APAC region. About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process customer orders, amendments, and releases in line with system and compliance guidelines.
Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines, proactively addressing any risks or opportunities and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
Manage customer returns, claims, and defective product processes to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and distribute commercial and customs documentation in accordance with customer requirements and local regulations.
Support continuous improvement by contributing to the harmonization and optimization of operational processes.
