We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Order Processing Executive / Purchasing Executive to support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cooperate with the sales team to improve productivity and fulfill clients' order requirements.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and delivery schedules are handled efficiently.
  3. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials.
  4. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Perform daily operations, including processing Sales Orders, issuing Purchase Orders, and managing general administrative tasks and documentation.
  6. Respond actively to emails and phone calls regarding sales inquiries to maintain an efficient work environment.
  7. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
  8. Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements for success in this role:

  • Diploma or certificate in a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; speaking Mandarin is an advantage for communication with China suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
