Responsibilities
- Process sales orders from creation to invoicing.
- Address inquiries and resolve order issues.
- Ensure quality and quantity of items are correct.
Responsibilities
- End to end order processing function from creating of sales order to invoicing customer. Processing Orders: Reviewing orders for completeness and accuracy; Verifying order details before shipment to prevent delays and customer complaints; Administering payments related to orders.
- Communication: Interacting with internal and external customers to address inquiries and resolve order issues; Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and quantity of items are correct and advising for payment.
- Invoicing and Billing: Preparing invoices and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaison with suppliers and customers for shipping handling and shipping documentations.
- Computer Competencies: Proficiency in using computer systems for order entry and tracking.
- Assist in sourcing and price comparison.
- Involve in ISO Internal and External Audit.
