Job description

Job Purpose:

The Senior Order Processing Coordinator serves as a primary contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance, and Logistics. The role focuses on processing Sales and PO Orders for various vendors, especially mega deals, including follow-up with vendors on order status and coordinating with logistics for delivery. The coordinator also mentors team members and supports the manager in resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate supporting documents and process sales orders for complex/mega deals.
  • Analyze issues, propose solutions, and rectify errors in the system.
  • Mentor and guide new and existing team members.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the manager and team lead with issues and inquiries.
  • Ensure order processing within SLA for complex/mega deals.
  • Assist in reducing order backlog.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Strong data entry and basic math skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, handle stress, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Quick learner of new systems and technologies.
