A leading company in poultry management seeks an Order Management Executive to oversee sales orders and customer interactions. The role involves ensuring the accuracy of orders, managing CRM systems, and providing high-quality service to clients. Manage & process sales orders in ERP system. Ensure processing order is accurate in its details, pricing, product and technical specification.
Maintain precise sales order records and being able to provide order details when required.
Provide professional, timely and accurate information to incoming salesperson/ customer calls & e-mails regarding order status, product availability, and shipment details.
Be a role model in projecting, coordinating with logistic, project management, sales representatives and local entities to satisfy any administrative needs that arise to facilitate meeting customer requirements prior to shipping an order.
Work closely with Quote Analyst when realizing a “Quotation” to an Order. Also responsible for the final accuracy of “technical order” in the orders delivered. (Role is supported by Team Leaders, Engineering and Sales).
Responsible for material list accuracy, ensure up to date CAD drawing and other project documents to update customer and installation team.
Work/operate with CRM daily to ensure order statuses and customer profiles, business development activities are updated and maintained at a regular basis.
Consistently provides responsive, quality service to our customers. Actively participates in coordinating, analysing, and acting upon information (including technical information) and feedback of customer needs, pricing, products, competition, and procedures.
Produce Appointment list “Order delivery schedule” report with updates on the order status weekly to Sales Support Manager and Planner.
Proactively work with the Sales, Quote Analyst, Project Management, Business Support, Purchase, Logistic, Finance and Warehouse to provide customers with outstanding service and to meet and exceed customer's expectations.
Work closely with Engineering to make judgment and discretionary decisions to determine what product specifications, applications, and pricing are necessary for a specific project.
Adhere to BD order processes, workflows and administrative procedures.
Lead the sales operation processes and promote teamwork at all times.
Support After Sales Service, Claims division, salesman and agents for short ship, product faulty and warranty claims.
Maintain proper electronic and hard copy files as required under the guidelines of Business Support.
Must be familiar and knowledgeable to operate with “ERP software” and other operating platform at all times.
Assist Superior and Manager to provide guidance and support in purchasing functions, market information, product evaluations and code descriptions, inventory management, pricing development, and other related services. This role is a collaboration between Quotation and Purchase division.
Participate in sales meetings and sales workshop programs, as required.
Participate in product meetings, internal department meetings, Business support meetings, trainings to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge.
Perform all additional assigned administrative duties as necessary (special project based).
Familiar and must have good knowledge about BD products at all times.
Other Function

Technical understanding of the systems for quote checking.
