Job summary

Prudential plc seeks an Oracle Integration Cloud Technical Lead in Malaysia to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions across Oracle Fusion Financials, AHCS, and related systems. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
5-7 years hands‑on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
10+ years ERP integration design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Minimum 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation cycles
Demonstrated experience leading technical integration teams and managing integration delivery
Experience with multi-cloud integration environments involving Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis of business and technical integration requirements across Oracle Fusion Financials and related enterprise systems.
Define, design, and implement end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.
Establish integration patterns, standards, and best practices for inbound and outbound data exchanges involving Oracle Fusion applications.
Design scalable and resilient integration architectures supporting Oracle Financials, AHCS, Coupa, Azure data platforms, and other enterprise applications.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise integration strategies and roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership and governance throughout the solution lifecycle.
Lead the development and implementation of complex integration workflows, orchestration processes, data mappings, and transformations.
Design and build integrations using OIC; Support hybrid and multi-cloud integration scenarios across Oracle Cloud, Azure PaaS, and third‑party SaaS platforms.
Ensure integration solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
Provide technical oversight to development teams and conduct code reviews and design reviews.
Partner with QA teams to develop integration testing strategies (SIT/UAT/E2E).
Lead production go‑live planning, deployment activities, and hypercare support.
Monitor integration processes for reliability; troubleshoot production issues with cross‑team coordination.
