About the Role:

We seek an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Business Analyst to join our global Business Process Excellence team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Business Systems in the US, this role will implement, support, and enhance Oracle Cloud Finance solutions worldwide. The ideal candidate has proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance solutions and delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions.

Work Location: Onsite, Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support Oracle Fusion Financials application solutions.
  • Design and configure Oracle Finance Cloud, including security aspects.
  • Deliver solutions for modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Cost Management.
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, and reports.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for financial workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Offer guidance for issue resolution and process optimization.
  • Ensure smooth client support, including troubleshooting, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Maintain SOX audit compliance and address non-compliance issues.
  • Experience with Fusion BIP and OTBI Reporting Tools.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Financial Orchestration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Business Analyst, with 3-4 years in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules such as GL, FA, CM, AP, and Costing.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including allocations, revaluations, and secondary ledger functionalities.
  • Master’s degree or additional qualifications in Finance are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in documenting business processes and enhancements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills; SOX compliance experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with stakeholders across time zones, including evening/night meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
