Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant with end-to-end implementation experience across core utility processes. The role involves collaborating with clients to design, configure, and implement Oracle CC&B solutions spanning customer management, billing, metering, and collections domains.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and guide delivery from design through go-live, leveraging OUAF components and integration with MDM,

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong understanding of utility business processes.
• Ability to support testing and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer, account, premise, and service agreement processes.
• Configure move-in / move-out workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Configure billing, rate structures, and bill determinants.
• Handle complex billing scenarios including proration and adjustments.
• Support SIT and UAT testing.
• Integrate CC&B with Meter Data Management systems.
• Configure usage transactions and service points.
• Ensure accurate consumption processing.
• Configure payment processing and accounting rules.
• Implement collections strategies and dunning processes.
• Support integrations with ERP and payment systems.
