Qualifications

• Degree in Optometry or equivalent is required.
• Registered with the Malaysian Optical Council (MOC) with APC.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior clinical or retail optometry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Prescribe and recommend suitable eyewear, contact lenses, and vision correction solutions.
• Identify and refer patients with ocular abnormalities or medical conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Provide professional advice on eye health, vision care, and preventive measures.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records and clinical documentation.
