Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering (any discipline), Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economy or related fields.
• MBA or equivalent is an added advantage for future managerial positions.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly business plans to align operational activities with company objectives and strategic priorities.
• Oversee operational performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution and achievement of targets.
• Perform data analysis on productivity, cost, manpower, and workflow performance to support decisions.
• Deliver regular management reports, dashboards, and presentations for strategic planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness.
• Plan and execute cost reduction and productivity programs, including manpower optimization.
• Manage resource planning including manpower, capacity and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and promote best practices with sustainable results.
