JOB DESCRIPTION

General operative duties in this instance could include:

1. Set up machines (preparation, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
2. Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed, temperature, program)
3. Test operation of machines periodically
4. Fix issues that might occur during the shift
5. Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
6. Maintain activity logs

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum SPM Qualification or equivalent
2. Must be able to speak basic English, read & write simple reports
3. Must be physically fit as this work requires physical labor
4. Willing to work overtime including weekends & public holidays
5. Willing to work in a hot environment, with chemical usage & fiber dust
6. Candidate may request hostel accommodation if needed
7. Previous experience of working in a factory is an advantage
