Responsible to set up, operate and maintain production equipment (prober and tester), perform visual Inspection upon completion wafer probe, support OEE improvement and 5S activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting for correlation or device failure by verifying test hardware (probe insert, test card, performance board, cable board) (except eqipment board)
  • Identify and down the faulty test hardware by attaching the failure datalog
  • Perform correlation and production wafer/unit reject verification
  • Recover missing wafer map, missing STDF, wrong set first die, wrong wafer number, abort lot and transfer wafer map
  • Perform wafer low yield issue validation before end lot
  • Dispose/Execute stated special criteria on specific device
  • Assist to review WS data or consult product engineer on low yield lot issue to release tester /transfer tester /continue testing
  • Process defects issue disposition / transaction
  • To support OEE improvement by responding or reacting quickly
  • Ensures that all work performed, meet Quality Assurance requirements
  • Ensure good housekeeping by cleaning production equipment or work areas (5S activities)
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
  • Seek help from senior technician, supervisor or engineering to resolve issues
  • Report to technician and Supervisor, when major faulty and unsafe activities found
  • Ensure Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is follow strictly
